 CM Type PE End Maintenance-Free Gate Valve is developed for buried gas PE pipeline networks, with rigorous safety design covering every link to secure long-term safe operation of gas pipelines. The matched HDPE gas pipes can be supplied in black or yellow marked versions according to project requirments.The fully rubber encapsulated wedge gate is manufactured with premium NBR nitrile butadiene rubber sourced from world-renowned suppliers via strict scientific vulcanization procedure, delivering outstanding durability and consistent resilience. A triple stem sealing system enables on-site seal replacement under operating pressure, cutting downtime and maintenance expenditure for gas transmission lines. Designed to minimise routine servicing, this valve fits direct burial applications for municipal gas networks and industrial park gas distribution pipelines.

The wedge is fully coated with NBR rubber tightly bonded to metal substrate after high-temperature vulcanization to prevent peeling and cracking. NBR material offers great resistance to natural gas medium and abrasion from trace impurities inside pipelines. It achieves bubble-tight shutoff when closed and maintains reliable elastic sealing capacity even after long-term underground service.

Different from conventional single-seal gas gate valves, this model adopts triple layered stem sealing to build multi-level protection and effectively avoid fugitive gas leakage. The whole sealing assembly can be replaced under working pressure without full pipeline shutdown or extensive excavation, greatly shortening maintenance hours.

Integral PE spigot ends on both sides allow direct butt fusion welding with matching HDPE gas pipes. No extra steel-plastic transition fittings are required, minimising potential leakage points, simplifying construction and lowering overall project costs. Black or yellow HDPE pipes for gas service are available upon custom request.
