Double Flanged Double Eccentric Bidirectional Pressure Butterfly Valve

Double eccentric flanged butterfly valve features offset double eccentric mechanical design to achieve bidirectional pressure bearing performance, which solves the common unidirectional pressure defect of conventional centerline butterfly valves. This ductile iron flanged butterfly valve is mainly equipped with worm gear handwheel operation as standard configuration, meanwhile customized pneumatic and electric actuators are available on project demand. With PN10 and PN16 two pressure grades available, standard nominal diameter covers DN50~DN1200, all regular sizes kept in stock for fast shipment. NBR soft rubber seat is matched for clean water medium within working temperature 0~80℃, widely used in municipal water supply, drainage, building HVAC, circulating water and urban pipe network reconstruction projects. Double eccentric structure avoids direct friction between disc and sealing seat during opening and closing, extending service life of sealing parts greatly and realizing reliable bidirectional zero leakage under rated working pressure.
