Downward Outlet Flush Bottom Valve:

 Product Introduction
This downward outlet flush bottom valve is designed for discharging materials from the bottom of reactors, storage tanks, and industrial vessels. It is welded directly to the vessel’s bottom flange, eliminating residual media dead zones. The V-shaped valve body with a flat-bottom design ensures complete media emptying without stagnation. The internal cavity features a specially hardened, erosion-resistant sealing ring with a surface hardness of HRC 56-62, protecting the valve from corrosion and media impact. The disc sealing surface is hard-faced with cemented carbide, providing reliable line sealing and preventing scaling. The short-stroke disc design reduces opening/closing impact for extended service life. Widely used in chemical, petrochemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, and food processing industries, it supports manual, pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, and gear-driven actuation for diverse working conditions.
Structural Features
• Zero-Residue Discharge Design: Flat-bottom V-shaped body seamlessly integrates with vessel bottoms for dead-zone-free complete emptying.
• High-Wear Sealing System: Hardened sealing ring + carbide-faced disc deliver exceptional erosion and corrosion resistance for long-lasting performance.
• Short-Stroke Operation: Quick, smooth opening/closing reduces media impact on sealing surfaces, extending service life.
• Multiple Actuation Options: Compatible with pneumatic actuators (spring return/double acting), electric devices, and handwheels for automated and manual operation.
• Standard Flange Connection: Industry-standard flange dimensions allow direct welding to tank bottoms for easy installation and compatibility.
  Material Advantages
Dual Material Options: Choose between stainless steel (ZG0Cr18Ni9) and cast steel (WCB) bodies to suit different media and pressure requirements.
• Corrosion & Wear Resistant Core Parts: Disc and stem made of stainless steel (0Cr18Ni9) or alloy steel (2Cr13), paired with PTFE/PIFE packing for excellent corrosion resistance and longevity.
• Reliable Fasteners: Bolts in stainless steel (0Cr18Ni9) or alloy steel (35CrMoA) resist deformation and loosening under high temperature and pressure.
• Modular Construction: Key components like the disc, seat, and gland are forged from matching materials for high strength, impact resistance, and easy maintenance.
Application Scenarios
The downward outlet flush bottom valve is widely used for bottom discharge in the following industries:
• Chemical & Petrochemical Plants: Zero-residue discharge of acids, alkalis, solvents, and corrosive media from reactors and tanks.
• Pharmaceutical & Food Processing: Clean emptying of raw materials meeting sanitary standards with no cross-contamination risk.
• Metallurgical & Dye Industries: Handling high-temperature, high-erosion media under harsh industrial conditions.
• Oil & Pesticide Industries: Controlling discharge of crude oil and pesticide intermediates with reliable corrosion resistance and tight sealing.
• Industrial Projects in the Middle East & Southeast Asia: Adapting to automated tank systems in local chemical and pharmaceutical plants, with high temperature and corrosion resistance for easy maintenance.
 Installation & Maintenance
 • Easy Installation: Flange connection allows direct welding to tank bottoms without additional piping modifications, reducing installation cost and time.
• Modular Maintenance: Internal components can be removed and replaced without disassembling the entire valve, lowering maintenance difficulty and downtime.
• Full Size Range: Available in DN25-DN250 sizes and PN1.6MPa pressure rating, meeting diverse tank dimensions and pressure requirements.
• Automation-Ready: Can be equipped with pneumatic actuators for remote control and automated discharge, improving industrial production efficiency.
