The HC41X Energy-Saving Silent Check Valve is designed for high-rise building water supply and drainage systems, fire protection pipelines, and municipal water networks. It effectively prevents destructive water hammer caused by backflow, protecting pumps and downstream equipment. The valve can be installed both vertically and horizontally, with a compact structure that ensures smooth disc movement, low noise, minimal failure rates, and reliable performance.
Working Principle
The HC41X check valve consists of a ductile iron body, QT450 disc, 304 stainless steel spring, and NBR sealing components. When no fluid flows through the valve, the disc remains closed under spring preload. When fluid flows forward and its pressure overcomes the spring force, the disc lifts to open the valve. If backflow occurs, the combined force of reverse fluid pressure and spring preload instantly closes the disc, preventing backflow and eliminating water hammer.
