Forged Steel Check Valve ：
Our forged steel check valves are widely used in industrial piping systems to prevent medium backflow. We adopt three different bonnet structures to match diverse working conditions, featuring solid structure, excellent sealing performance and long service life.
Three Types of Bonnet Design
1. Bolted Bonnet
The valve body and bonnet are connected by bolts. Sealing is realized with spiral wound gaskets made of 304 stainless steel and flexible graphite, or metal ring gaskets. This structure is easy to disassemble and maintain.
2. Welded Bonnet
Body and bonnet are firstly threaded, then fully welded for complete sealing. Full penetration welding is available as per customer’s special requirements, which further enhances overall tightness and structural stability.
3. Pressure Self-tightening Bonnet
Threaded connection is applied between body and bonnet, with internal pressure self-sealing ring. The sealing effect will be strengthened along with the increase of medium pressure, perfectly suitable for high pressure working conditions.
