The HQ41X sliding track ball check valve uses a rubber-coated ball as the valve disc. Driven by the fluid medium, the ball rolls smoothly along the integrated sliding track inside the valve body to open or close the valve automatically. It delivers reliable sealing performance with a noise-free, water hammer-free closing action. Featuring a full-flow body design, the valve offers high flow capacity and low pressure loss—with a 50% lower head loss than swing check valves. It can be installed both horizontally and vertically, making it ideal for cold water, hot water, industrial and domestic sewage pipelines, and especially suitable for submersible sewage pumps. The working temperature range is 0°C to 80°C.
1. Anti-Water Hammer & Noise Reduction: The rubber-coated ball absorbs impact during closing, eliminating water hammer and operational noise to protect pipelines and equipment.
2. Low Pressure Loss: Full-flow design ensures minimal flow resistance, reducing energy consumption for pumping systems.
3. Versatile Installation: Supports both horizontal and vertical installation, offering flexibility for different pipeline layouts.
4. Durable Sealing: NBR-coated ball disc provides excellent wear resistance and long-lasting sealing performance, even in sewage applications with solid particles. 5. Low Maintenance: Simple structure with few moving parts reduces maintenance frequency and long-term costs.
