Installation and Maintenance of Non-Rising Stem Resilient Seated Gate Valve:

Installation Precautions
1. Before installation, check the valve for damage, ensure the inside is clean and free of dirt, sand and debris.
2. The valve can be installed horizontally or vertically, with the flow direction consistent with the arrow mark on the valve body.
3. Do not install the valve in a twisted or forced position to avoid structural deformation and leakage.
4. Keep a straight pipe section at the inlet and outlet to ensure stable flow and long service life. 5. For buried pipelines, use protective casing and keep the operating rod easy to access.
Operation Instructions
1. Rotate the handwheel clockwise to close the valve, counterclockwise to open it.
2. Do not use wrench or other tools to forcefully lever the handwheel to avoid damaging the valve stem and internal parts.
3. Do not stay in half-open state for a long time, otherwise it will easily cause abrasion of the rubber seal.
4. Regularly check the opening and closing flexibility to ensure sensitive operation. Daily Maintenance
1. Regularly inspect the valve for external corrosion, paint peeling and leakage.
2. Add lubricating grease to the stem thread regularly to keep opening and closing smooth.
3. Clean internal dirt regularly, especially for sewage and water containing sediment.
4. If sealing leakage occurs, check the rubber seat and gate plate, replace damaged parts in time.
5. Long-term unused valves should be kept in dry environment, protected from moisture and rust.
