PTFE Lined Globe Valve :
Product Introduction
Our PTFE lined globe valve (J41F46/J44F46/J45F46 series) is a corrosion-resistant industrial valve designed for handling corrosive media in harsh chemical, petrochemical, and industrial piping systems. Available in manual, pneumatic, and electric actuation, these valves are rated for PN1.0/1.6/2.5 MPa pressure classes and cover DN15 to DN250 sizes. Built with a robust cast steel (WCB) body lined with high-quality PTFE (F4) or FEP (F46), they deliver reliable shut-off and flow control while protecting against strong acids, alkalis, and corrosive fluids.

Structural Features
• Versatile Configurations: Three body styles available: straight-through (J41), angle (J44), and straight-flow (J45) to adapt to different pipeline layouts and installation needs.• Clear Status Indication: The rising stem design provides a visual indication of the valve’s open/close position, simplifying operation and maintenance.
• Standardized Flange Connections: Designed to HG/T20592 / GB/T9113 standards, ensuring compatibility with common piping systems in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and global markets.
• Precision Engineering: Every valve is manufactured to HG/T3704 / GB/T12235 design standards, with pressure tested per GB/T13927 to guarantee zero leakage and reliable performance.

These lined globe valves are widely used across industries requiring corrosion-resistant piping solutions:
• Chemical & Petrochemical Plants: For handling acids, alkalis, solvents, and corrosive process fluids.
• Water Treatment & Desalination: Suitable for brine, wastewater, and chemical dosing systems.
• Pharmaceutical & Food Processing: Compatible with media requiring high-purity, non-contaminating flow control.
• HVAC & Industrial Heating: For corrosive heating/cooling media in industrial facilities.
• Marine & Offshore Projects: Resistant to saltwater and harsh coastal environments, ideal for Middle East and Southeast Asia coastal installations.
Material Advantages
• High-Strength Body Options: Available in cast steel (WCB), grey cast iron (HT250), stainless steel (CF8/CF8M), and ultra-low carbon stainless steel (CF3/CF3M) to meet different pressure and corrosion requirements.
• Premium Lining Materials: PTFE (F4), FEP (F46), PFA, PP, PO, and PE linings provide exceptional resistance to most corrosive chemicals, extending valve service life.
• Corrosion-Resistant Internal Parts: The stem (2Cr13/1Cr18Ni9) and disc are engineered to resist wear and corrosion, while PTFE packing ensures long-term sealing performance.
• Durable Hardware: Fasteners, nuts, and handwheels are made from carbon steel or stainless steel, ensuring structural integrity even in high-pressure and corrosive environments.
Installation & Maintenance
• Easy Installation: Standard flanged connections and compact dimensions simplify integration into new or existing piping systems, reducing installation time and costs.
• Straightforward Maintenance: The rising stem and modular design allow for quick inspection, repair, and replacement of internal components without removing the entire valve from the line.
• Wide Compatibility: Designed to fit common pipeline standards in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and other regions, making it a versatile choice for engineering contractors and plumbing buyers.
• Cost-Effective Operation: Factory-direct pricing and low-maintenance design reduce total cost of ownership, making these valves an economical solution for large-scale projects.
