PTFE Lined Check Valve:

 Product Introduction
This PTFE lined check valve (H41/H44 series) is designed for corrosive media pipelines in chemical, pharmaceutical, and sewage treatment industries. It effectively prevents media backflow, protecting pipeline systems and equipment. The valve body is made of cast steel or cast iron lined with high-quality PTFE (F4/F46), PO, or PP, offering excellent resistance to strong acids, alkalis, and various corrosive media for harsh working conditions. Available in lift and swing types: the lift type provides superior sealing performance, while the swing type features low flow resistance and flexible operation. Widely used in corrosive media transmission, sewage discharge, and chemical process pipelines, it is an ideal solution for backflow prevention and corrosion protection.

 Structural Features
• Dual Structure Options: Available in lift (H41) and swing (H44) types to adapt to different pipeline layouts and media conditions.
• Lined Corrosion Protection: Full lining of the valve body and disc with PTFE/FEP/PO/PP prevents direct contact between corrosive media and metal components.
• Zero-Leakage Sealing: The lift type uses a soft seal between the disc and seat, while the swing type features a corrosion-resistant sealing ring, ensuring zero leakage when closed.
• Low Flow Resistance for Large Diameters: The swing type design offers low flow resistance, suitable for large-diameter pipelines with smooth, impact-free operation.
• Standard Flange Connection: Flange dimensions comply with HG/T20592 and GB/T9113 standards for easy installation and compatibility with mainstream pipeline systems.
Material Advantages
• High-Strength Body: Cast steel (WCB) or cast iron body with high strength and impact resistance, lined with PTFE/FEP/PO/PP for excellent corrosion resistance.
• Corrosion-Resistant Lining Materials: PTFE (F4), FEP (F46), PO, and PP linings resist corrosion from most acids, alkalis, salts, and organic solvents.
• Wear-Resistant Sealing Components: The disc and seat are lined with corrosion-resistant materials, maintaining stable sealing performance without wear during long-term operation.
• Integral Forming Process: The lining is bonded to the valve body using compression sintering, ensuring a strong bond and preventing peeling for extended service life.

Application Scenarios
PTFE lined check valves are widely used in corrosive media pipeline systems in the following industries:
Chemical Industry: Transport pipelines for acids, alkalis, solvents, and corrosive process media to prevent equipment damage caused by backflow.
Pharmaceutical & Pesticide Industry: Delivery of raw materials and pesticide intermediates, meeting both cleanliness and corrosion resistance requirements.
Sewage Treatment Plants: Sewage discharge pipelines containing acids, alkalis, and heavy metals, providing corrosion resistance and backflow prevention.
Metallurgical & Electroplating Industry: Pickling and electroplating process pipelines, resisting erosion from highly corrosive media.
Chemical Projects in the Middle East & Southeast Asia: Adapted to local chemical and sewage treatment projects, with high temperature and corrosion resistance for easy maintenance.
