Rubber Flap Check Valve :
Product Overview
The rubber flap check valve is mainly composed of three parts: ductile iron body, cover, and reinforced rubber flap. The rubber flap is constructed with steel plate, steel bar, and reinforced nylon cloth as the base, fully coated with rubber. This design enables a service life of over 1 million opening and closing cycles. Featuring a full-flow design, the valve offers low head loss, minimal debris accumulation, and easy maintenance. It is widely used in water supply and drainage systems, installed at pump outlets to prevent backflow and water hammer damage to pumps. It can also be installed on bypass pipes of reservoir inlet/outlet lines to stop sewage from flowing back into the tank.

Working Principle
When fluid flows forward, the pressure lifts the rubber flap to open the valve, allowing full flow with minimal resistance. When backflow occurs, the reverse fluid pressure presses the flap tightly against the seat to seal the valve, preventing backflow. The flexible rubber flap design absorbs impact during closing, eliminating water hammer and noise effectively.
