Upward Outlet Flush Bottom Valve :
Product Overview
The upward outlet flush bottom valve is primarily used for discharging materials from the bottom of reactors, storage tanks, and other vessels. It is welded directly to the bottom flange of the tank, eliminating residual media at the vessel outlet. The valve body features a V-shaped design with a flat-bottom structure to ensure complete emptying of media. The internal cavity is equipped with a wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant sealing ring, specially treated to achieve a surface hardness of HRC 56-62, protecting the valve from erosion and corrosion. The disc sealing surface is hard-faced with cemented carbide, providing reliable line sealing and preventing scaling. The short-stroke disc design reduces opening/closing impact. Widely used in chemical, petrochemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, food processing, and other industries, the valve supports manual, pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, and gear-operated configurations.

Structural Features
Zero-Residue Discharge Design: Flat-bottom V-shaped body ensures complete media emptying with no dead corners.
High-Wear Sealing Structure: Hardened sealing ring and carbide-faced disc provide excellent erosion and corrosion resistance for long-lasting sealing performance.
Short-Stroke Operation: Quick opening/closing reduces media impact, extending the service life of sealing surfaces.
Multiple Actuation Options: Compatible with manual, pneumatic (spring return/double acting), electric, hydraulic, and gear-driven operations for diverse working conditions.
Standard Flange Connection: Industry-standard flange dimensions allow direct welding to tank bottoms for easy installation and compatibility.
