D71/D371 series wafer fluorine lined butterfly valves are centerline butterfly valves lined with PTFE(F4) / FEP(F46), widely applied for corrosive liquid, acid, alkali, organic solvent in chemical, pharmacy, wastewater treatment industries. This wafer connection butterfly valve adopts clip-on mounting design between two pipeline flanges, saving installation space and overall project cost. Available drive configurations include manual lever, worm gear handwheel, pneumatic actuator and electric actuator, matching PN0.6/PN1.0/PN1.6MPa working pressure, standard size range DN40~DN1000 ready in stock. Multiple body material options cover cast iron, WCB carbon steel, CF8/CF8M stainless steel to fit diversified on-site medium and temperature requirements. The full fluoroplastic lining eliminates medium corrosion to valve body, realizing tight bidirectional zero leakage.
