Wafer Type Worm Gear Butterfly Valve EPDM Soft Seal 

Wafer worm gear operated centerline butterfly valve is widely used for clean water pipeline in municipal water supply, building HVAC and circulating water system. The valve body is available in ductile iron, carbon steel and stainless steel, while soft seal options include EPDM rubber and PTFE(F4) liner to match different working conditions. This wafer butterfly valve covers PN0.6, PN1.0, PN1.6 pressure grades, standard nominal diameter DN50~DN300 kept in stock for quick delivery. With working temperature range from 0℃ to 80℃ and medium limited to clean water, worm gear handwheel is the standard actuator for easy onsite manual operation. Centerline disc structure ensures low operating torque and reliable bidirectional zero leakage after strict pressure inspection per standard test requirement.

Standard available size: DN50,DN65,DN80,DN100,DN125,DN150,DN200,DN250,DN300. Different flange hole diameter and bolt quantity for PN0.6/PN1.0/PN1.6 pressure level, all wafer installation size conform to GB standard, clamping directly between two pipeline flanges without extra connecting flange. 

Optional Actuator & Custom Option

 1. Worm gear handwheel drive as standard configuration, convenient for manual onsite opening and maintenance.

2. Pneumatic actuator and electric actuator can be customized for automatic pipeline flow control.

3. Seal material upgrade: replace original EPDM with PTFE F4 for weak corrosive water medium.
